What is Max Capacity?

What are the Rental Fees?
We do not charge a site rental fee. Pricing is based on a per person cost which includes food, venue space for a 30-minute ceremony at our Rose Arbor and 5-hour reception in your preferred reception space.
When can we begin set up of the venue?
Typically, vendor/décor set up is from 9:00am – 3:00pm. Tear down is within 1 hour of event conclusion.
What are the Noise Restrictions?
Temecula Valley Wine Country has a noise ordinance in place that requires music to be turned down to 60 decibels at 10:00pm. We allow both DJ’s and bands. If you choose an outdoor venue and have a remaining balance of reception time, you may continue your celebration after 10:00pm in one of our indoor reception spaces until midnight.
What are the Alcohol Policies?
All alcohol must be provided by South Coast Winery Resort & Spa. We have a full liquor license! We offer premium and well liquor, award-winning South Coast Winery wines, as well as both domestic and imported beers.
What are the Catering Policies?
Food and beverage must go through our culinary department. The cost of your wedding is based off the food selections you choose. Outside cake or desserts are acceptable and there are no cake cutting or serving fee.
Is Insurance Required?
Each vendor will be required to provide proof of liability insurance. South Coast Winery Resort & Spa also carries a large insurance policy. It is optional for the event host to purchase their own policy.
Are Candles or Sparklers Allowed?
We do allow real candles in all of our venues. Sparklers are not allowed in Temecula Wine Country due to Riverside County Law.
How Much is the Deposit?
A deposit is 25% of your subtotal estimate. It is non-refundable in the event of a cancellation.
