What time is check-in?
Check-in time begins at 4:00pm.
What time is check-out?
Check-out time is before 11:00am.
Is reception open 24 hours?
Yes, we always have our front desk staffed with one of our helpful team members.
Can I leave my luggage?
Yes, we can make accommodations to hold your luggage free of charge in the event your room is not ready or if you must check out early but aren't quite ready to leave the resort.
Does the property have WiFi?
Yes, as a part of your resort amenity fee, we provide wireless internet throughout most of the property.
What time is breakfast served?
The Vineyard Rose Restaurant serves breakfast from 8:00am - 11:00am M-F.
Brunch is served Saturdays & Sundays from 8:00am - 3:00pm.
Is room service available?
Yes, we have room service available daily from 7:30am - 8:30pm.
Do the rooms have baths or showers?
Every room on our property has both a shower and a bathtub.
Does your hotel have a pool?
Yes, our property has a heated saltwater pool which is available to both hotel guests and patrons of the GrapeSeed Spa.
Do you offer a AAA discount?
Yes, we do offer a discount for AAA Members.
Is the pool open to the public?
The pool is available to hotel and spa guests year round.
We do offer a Spa Day Pass on a seasonal basis which allows day pass holders to utilize our pool and certain spa amenities.
(Only available for purchase based on availability between Labor Day & Memorial Day.)
Is there a resort amenity fee?
Yes, we do collect a daily resort amenity fee which covers a number of amenities for you to enjoy and utilize during your stay with us.

Is there a minimum stay requirement?
Sometimes we do impose a two night stay requirement, which typically would be placed on a Friday or Saturday.
Does your property have a fitness room?
Yes, below the GrapeSeed Spa is our Fitness Center which is open 24 hours a day and available to hotel guests and our Spa & Fitness Members.
Do you have a full bar?
Yes, we have a full bar in The Vineyard Rose Restaurant located in the main building of our property down the hall from our Wine Tasting Room.
Do rooms have mini-refrigerators?
Yes, all of our rooms have a mini-refrigerator for your convenience.
Do rooms have a fireplace?
Yes, every room has a faux and gas fireplace for you to enjoy and snuggle up to.
Do rooms have views of the vineyard or mountains?
Yes, we have rooms with private patios and balconies with beautiful vineyard and mountain views.
Do you have ADA rooms?
Yes, our Deluxe King Villa and Syrah Suite are both ADA accessible rooms.
Do you allow pets?
Yes, we do have a policy in place to accept dogs on our property and in our rooms.
